This article explores the relationship between sleep
and learning. Many of the studies in the field of
neuroscience have been exploring that relationship;
who sleeps a sufficient number of suitable hours
for their age, learns best and if it comes to a child
not only learns best, but grows. Opportunities for
learning are given daily, so the importance of the
issue. And dreams are dreams... it has discovered
from the field of neuroscience, they provide
interesting answers about sleep and learning.
